1. Consultations
Through the creation of platforms for learning and input by persons with disabilities themselves fulfilling the slogan “Nothing about us without us”.

2. Strategic partnerships
With disabled peoples organisations, government, civil society organisations, development partners, the media and the general public to promote buy-in and support for our work.

3. Dialogues
Through engagement with relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies, Parliament and duty bearers

4. Media Engagement
Radio, television, print and new media

5. Apply Pressure
We serve as a pressure group on matters affecting PWDs.

6. Research and Analysis
We work with consultants in specialised fields such as law, gender, organisational development among others to strengthen our understanding and position on our advocacy issues.

7. Training and capacity building
We use training and capacity as a key tool to deepen the understanding of our members and key stakeholders on our advocacy actions.
